FAQ's

It takes 7 to 12 business days from the end of each sale to ship. Our shirts hit the printers as soon as possible after our sale ends (Thursday evenings) and depending on the size of the order, our printers take 5 to 8 business days to complete their part. It takes this long because our designs are not pre-printed. All of our orders are literally printed for you.

From there, they are sent back to us, where we package and send them out the door. We understand that the wait is inconvenient. But we want to make sure we can get you the exact shirt that you desire at an affordable price. Printing what we sell keeps the price down and allows us to get you the exact gender, size, and color that you want.

Typically, we send our shirts out within 24-48 hours after receiving them, but again depending on quantity, that is not always possible.

Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your order to arrive within one to five business days. In other words, if you live in California, you can probably expect within a day or two, but if you live in Alaska, you shouldn’t hold your breath.

Actually, even if you live in Arizona (where we’re based), you shouldn’t hold your breath. It’s not safe to hold your breath for more than like a minute.

Standard Shipping (No Tracking):

Once you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, your shirt will take 5 to 8 business days to arrive in your country. From there unfortunately, the time frame is up to your local customs agency and postal service. We have seen orders delivered in two weeks, but we have also seen them take as long as three months. Unfortunately, we are not able to track these orders. If you did receive a tracking code, I am very sorry about that. We are working on cutting that out of our system, but as I mentioned, it does not work.

Priority Shipping (Tracking):

Once you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail, your shirt will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in your country. From there unfortunately, the time frame is up to your local customs agency and postal service. We have seen orders delivered in one week, but we have seen them take as long as a month.

On November 22nd, we had a server outage which caused major delays with our website. We worked on it live for two days straight, but unfortunately, we could not get the necessary fix for the site while it remained live. The site was so slow that it was completely unusable for both customers and our employees.

On November 24th, we launched a temporary solution and an entirely new website. Unfortunately, any order placed before 11/24 cannot be searched on this new temporary website. It is on a new platform entirely, but again, it is temporary. It is just a solution so that we could work on our main website and get everything in order to bring you the quality of service that you come to expect from Once Upon a Tee.

In the meantime, all orders that went through prior to 11/24 will still be processed and they will still go out as scheduled. If you have any questions or if we can help with anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact us through our help desk, which you can find below:

We are aware of many issues surfacing from Brazil regarding their national postal system and the issues that it is facing. Because of these issues, there is a chance that our packages are severely delayed. In some instances, they are being lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund orders going to Brazil and if the problem persists, we will have to stop offering shipments to Brazil until the matters are fixed.

Again, we are very sorry about the inconvenience. There is very little that we are able to do and wish that we had more control over the situation.

Although custom's fees are rare, they can still happen on occasion and are most common on orders with multiple items or a value of $25 or more. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are charged by your local post office. By law, we are responsible for reporting the value of the contents in all of our International orders.

So unfortunately, yes. If there are customs charges, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred.
