Once Upon a Tee accepts unsolicited art from independent artists all over the world who are informed of and have agreed to Once Upon a Tee's policies concerning IP rights of others.

All designs selected by Once Upon a Tee are new, original, and/or transformative works that may parody, satirize, or provide social commentary on the IP rights of others. Once Upon a Tee and the selected designs make only “fair use” of the IP rights of others.

Once Upon a Tee respects all IP rights of others and shares no affiliation with the owners of the IP rights to which the selected designs may parody, satirize, or provide social commentary upon.
