Job Description:

Operate and maintain screen printing machines (ROQ), as well as other apparel decorative equipment. Stock new inventory onto storage shelving. Prepare and reclaim screens. Load, unload and PMS match ink. Pick inventory from shelving for order processing and production. Load/Unload Shirts during production. Catch, count and fold items from the conveyor dryer. Fold, pack, and ship printed items with associated orders on PC.

Ideal candidates should have an eye for accuracy and be comfortable with technology. Be willing to learn and adapt to everchanging processes and structures. This is a fast-paced and physical position, which means you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with screen printing, attention to detail, strong data entry and interpersonal skills. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train, but you must be willing willing to learn and adapt to everchanging processes and structures. You must also be able to detect product inaccuracies and defects.
