DIRECT TO GARMENT OPERATIONS

Job Description:

Operate and maintain Direct to Garment (DTG) printers and other apparel decorative equipment. Stock new inventory onto storage shelving. Receive orders and adjust image templates as required for production. Pick inventory from shelving for order processing and production. Pretreat, heat press and dry garments.

Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of printers, pretreat machines, and other machinery. Ideal candidates should have an eye for accuracy and be comfortable with technology. Previous experience with digital printers/digital ink systems is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train, but you must be willing to learn and adapt to everchanging processes and structures. You must also be able to detect product inaccuracies and defects.

Responsibilities:

  • Unbox, count, and place blank apparel on inventory shelves as it arrives.
  • Pick inventory from shelving for order processing and production.
  • Preatreat, heat press and dry garments to prepare for production.
  • Assist in daily operations and maintenance of Direct to Garment (DTG) printers, pretreat machines, and other machinery.
  • Must be comfortable and able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for up to 8 hours/day. Bend, reach, etc. as needed.
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed. We're a small team and we work in an ever-shifting production based environments.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are reliable and show up on time.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and move with a sense of urgency.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or production preferred (but not necessary).
  • Previous experience with digital printers/digital ink systems preferred (but not necessary).
  • Local to the Phoenix/Tempe area and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be 18 years (or older) to apply.

Schedule:

  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed.
